I struggled for years on a slow 56k modem, as I live in the county and cable wouldn't reach me ($8000 if I really wanted them to). DSL was out because of my low quality phone line. 2 way satellite was out because I like to play games. Finally Brad (really great guy) started up this company, and it has been smooth, FAST surfing ever since. I am proud to say I was one of the first customers, and my speed has, I think, tripled now - with no increase in price!!! Lets see another company make that claim!! Since I was one of his first customers, I have encountered an occasional problem, which has literally been fixed in minutes while still on the phone with me. Sometimes it took 30 minutes though. Still, when I lived in Columbus and Dublin, I remember times when my Roadrunner was down for over 24 hours, and just trying to get through to Customer Service took longer then it usually takes Brad to fix things. He keeps everything up to date to make sure we are safe, secure, reliable, and blazing fast. My parents, after seeing my service, decided to go with Jenco Wireless for their house as well. I urge you to call Brad and have him come out and do a FREE test survey no matter what service you currently have for 2 reasons. 1 - He gets bored easily and we don't want that. 2 - Because I believe that his internet service and customer service is the best I have ever seen. (Yes I have downloaded files faster than my friends on cable, and we are more secure!!) Thank you Brad for providing a Great service!!
